1. Course Fees and Payments
- All course fee payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Full payment of course fees must be completed before the course begins. If payments are made in installments, all installments must adhere to the agreed schedule.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@bhaninstitute.com.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- For cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date, participants may be eligible for:
- A partial refund, OR
- Course rescheduling (subject to Bhan Institute’s discretion).
- If Bhan Institute cancels or reschedules a course, participants will have the option to:
- Reschedule for a future date, OR
- Receive a full refund.
3. No Show Policy
- If a participant fails to attend the course without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided, and the full course fee will be forfeited.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
- In cases of extreme emergencies (e.g., medical reasons), participants may request a refund or rescheduling.
- Requests must be supported with valid documentation, and approval is at the sole discretion of Bhan Institute.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Any transaction or bank charges incurred during the refund process will be borne by the participant.
6. Policy Changes
- Bhan Institute reserves the right to modify or update this refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
